Why Have A Coach

"Coaching is a formalized relationship in which one person (the coach) supports and encourages another person (the coachee) to becoming increasingly intentional and accountable for creating the futures they desire" - Dr. Marsha King

Digging Deeper

What does that mean

Coaching is a relationship based on trust and commitment. An outside perspective to help you discover your best self. A coach is there to encourage, discern, and support you on the journey of life. When times are hard, your coach is there. When times are great, your coach is there.

The coach/coachee form a foundation of solid footing to help the coachee grow, learn, and achieve in business, life, other relationships.

A coach is NOT a Therapist, NOT a Mentor, NOT a Consultant.  While coaching may lead the coachee to seek out those other people but a coach is not a substitute.
